Mr. M.A. Mubin Khan is a renowned entrepreneur,
distinguished business leader, and prominent organizer in
Bangladesh. He has a strong passion for innovation, bridging the
digital divide, utilizing ICT for social development, and creating
sustainable solutions to address social needs.
Mr. Khan is the Managing Director of Ethics Advance Technology
Limited (EATL), a 24-year-old ICT and ITES enterprise. He is also
the Founder and Managing Director of EATL Innovation Hub,
Bangladesh’s first private innovation center. Under his leadership,
EATL received the National Productivity and Quality Excellence Award
2015 from the National Productivity Organization (NPO) under the
Ministry of Industry, Bangladesh, in recognition of its continuous
efforts to improve productivity and quality.
As an ICT entrepreneur, Mr. Khan has made significant contributions
to the sector. He was elected as a Director on the Executive Council
of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services
(BASIS) and served as the Chairman of the BASIS Incubator Managing
Committee. His influence extends beyond Bangladesh, with notable
recognition in neighboring countries for his contributions to ICT.
Mr. Khan is also a Director of the ICT Council of the SAARC Chamber
of Commerce and Industry and works actively to foster regional
cooperation with countries such as India, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka,
and others.

spirit, Mr. Khan aims to establish Bangladesh as a global leader in

In the healthcare sector, Mr. Khan has made substantial
contributions. He is the Managing Director of International Medicare
Ltd. (IML) and Imperial Medical College and Hospital. Additionally,
he serves as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Governing
Body of the International Medical College & Hospital (IMCH). Mr.
Khan has been elected President of the Bangladesh Private Medical
College Association (BPMCA) for three consecutive terms. Under his
dynamic leadership, he is recognized as one of the most influential
figures in the private healthcare sector in Bangladesh. Mr. Khan
played a pivotal role in strategizing the country’s response to the
COVID-19 pandemic and was honored with the COVID Hero award by the
Health Minister of Bangladesh for his exceptional contributions
during this challenging time.
A philanthropist and humanitarian at heart, Mr. Khan has also served
as the President of Lions Club International, Bangladesh, and as the
Regional Chairperson for District 315 A2 of Lions Club
International. His outstanding contributions to social service
earned him a prestigious Gold Medal from Lions Club International.
Recognized as an esteemed businessperson and leader, Mr. Khan has
had the honor of being part of the delegation accompanying the
Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh on official foreign visits,
representing the country in several international engagements.
